AP – Eat less, live longer? It seems to work for monkeys: A 20-year study found cutting calories by almost a third slowed their aging and fended off death. This is not about a quick diet to shed a few pounds. Scientists have long known they could increase the lifespan of mice and more primitive creatures ? worms, flies ? with deep, long-term cuts from normal consumption.

Rush Limbaugh’s diet plan from Quick Weight Loss Centers probably …
not even bodybuilders bulking weighing over 250+ eat 12000 cals they eat like 7500 to 7000. now why in the world would u eat 1000 calories in energy drinks ? he could drink milk and take energy shots i find it hard to believe he drinks 2000 cals in energy drinks when he could take weight gainers with creatine. if he wants cals thats where to get carbs and cals. this was probably a binge day or else he would look like a cow im sure he doesnt eat while he swims so 12000 cals in 11 hrs is unlikely
just burned off exactly three hundred and thirty-nine calories. wow, i’m dizzy.
