I’m relisting this unit, because the person never finished paying for it, and has not called to make any arrangements to complete the transaction. This unit costs $2,900.00 new, and has had Electrical work with a 90amp main breaker panel installed, that was an additional $425. It has a small 4 door supply cabinet mounted on the wall just inside the door. Also, it has two 4′ light fixtures, with the light on/off switch just inside the left side of the doors, over head storage, and one window. I have a 100’ indoor outdoor heavy duty power cord that goes with it. The walls have sheetrock, but the ceiling was never done. I’m going to start the price out at $1,600. and take the best offer.
